Delivery Policy

Refund & Cancellation Policy
Due to the nature of consulting and advisory services, payments for completed work are non-refundable.
Clients may cancel services before the project begins and request a full refund.
If a project has already started, refunds may only be issued for work that has not yet been completed.
For advisory services billed on a recurring basis, clients may cancel at any time. Services will remain active until the end of the current billing period.
